The URBANTECH CJSC was founded in 2004, since those times has established a reputation on the design and building market dew to high-qualified work, staff professionalism, and the speed of realizing the marked goals. The company consists of several departments, each of them develops its own sector in design, building and related activities.

DESIGN

As for now, the company covers almost all spheres and parts of design. That is why the company has accumulated wide experience in solving difficult problems in the process of building.

The company personnel is manned by all the needed staff, including the technologists of particular specialization. All in all company has about 50 specialists.

The company developments in the architecture meet all the trends and demands of the present times. Creative potential and good knowledge of staff provide opportunities for working in different conditions. The professionalism and the experience of constructors allow to implement even the most difficult architectural conceptions.

Company staff also has wide experience in working with industrial projects. Experienced engineers and technologists of particular specialization make it possible to design working areas of different complexity.

Groundwork in city planning allows to implement difficult projects of large areas (200000 square metres, 50000 square metres, 1000000 square metres, etc.), where it is necessary to execute complex calculation of territory infrastructure, social, cultural and consumer services calculations, transport infrastructure calculations. Company engineers also elaborate the conceptions of engineering services. Company staff has a lot of experience in city planning in modern conditions, and, moreover, in elaborating the conceptions of building from scratch.

Our company also performs general construction work and provides services for installation utilities and equipment. Dew to the large affiliate network, we can easily adapt to any volume of construction.

CONSULTING

Company specialists provide a big range of consulting services, including jural support during all the design process and building from obtaining the first permit documents up to the commissioning. Our lawyers will work out and offer the most effective ways to solve difficult situations.

Company provides the support in the real estate sphere and development. Specialists provide services in preparing the documentation and obtaining the new areas which are now in the state property for design and building according to the investment conditions. Moreover, our specialists can make the detailed marketing at the secondary real estate market, help in searching for the most profitable objects and work out the feasibility.

In addition, one more sector of activity of URBANTECH is consulting in design. The goal of it is the support of foreign designers in Russian market. Our specialists can provide all the needed consultations during the design preparation in consequence to the Russian standards and rules. Moreover, the company staff can adapt already prepared designs to the Russian standards.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Among our services is also a management of a building process. Our clients do not need to be a specialist, because we are. We manage the work of contractors, designers, surveyors etc. to be more effective.

We follow quality standard which have been prepared according to work experience with analogous projects and local authority (approval system) requirements. In particular we implement Internet real-time control system, which was developed by our company. It allows anyone involved in the project to check, change, send and get any data in real-time via Internet browser. Top-managers also can control work process and give orders to anyone involved in the project. Also we use hi-speed web database for all documents concerning the project (initial docs, design, as-build). All this databases of course have hi level protection.
